Agricultural Issues & Rural Investments Webinar

Tue., Dec. 9, 2025 / 2-4 PM (Central) or
Wed., Dec. 10, 2025 / 10 AM-12 PM (Central)

Farm taxation comes with rules and opportunities unlike any other sector. From entity structuring and depreciation strategies to disaster relief provisions, conservation easements, and succession planning, tax professionals serving agricultural clients must navigate a landscape that is both highly technical and constantly evolving.

This 2-hour webinar will provide a practical, big-picture look at the most pressing tax issues affecting farmers, ranchers, and rural businesses today. Participants will explore strategies for year-end planning, managing self-employment and payroll taxes, handling involuntary conversions and losses, and leveraging rural investment incentives. The program will also address long-term considerations such as intergenerational transfers and entity restructuring, giving practitioners the tools to better advise clients across both day-to-day operations and high-stakes planning decisions.

Whether your clients are small family farms or multi-entity operations, this session will deliver timely insights to help you anticipate challenges, spot opportunities, and provide proactive tax guidance.

Fall Tax School attendees will receive FREE access to this webinar. A coupon and registration instructions will be emailed at the end of Fall Tax School.
